*All general warranties apply from the date of purchase/delivery. The warranty for Electrolux products only covers spare parts and labor charges for manufacturing defects.
*PARTS ONLY warranty means this warranty policy covers only the defective (spare part only). The associated replacement cost (labor charges, freight, gas refill charges, etc.) are not covered.

2. Warranty is only effective for products bought from (i) authorized Electrolux dealers in UAE; or (ii) online shopping Websites/portals in the UAE that are authorized to sell Electrolux products.
3. This warranty does not apply to products provided in housing development projects. (Business-to-business products)
4. The purchaser must present the original proof of purchase document when servicing is needed.
5. Under the following circumstances, parts and labor will be chargeable even during the warranty period. The warranty will not be applicable in the following cases:

A) When the product's serial number has been altered, tampered with, or removed.

B) When the product has been tampered with, misused, or damaged due to customer negligence, or damaged while in transit.

C) When the product has not been installed, maintained, or operated by the Instructions given by Electrolux.

D) when the product has undergone repairs, modifications, or dismantling by the purchaser or any third party without prior written approval from Electrolux.

E) For defects caused by abnormal voltage or incoming power supply from a generator.

F) For defects caused by fire, lightning, electrical disturbance, negligence, accidents, natural disasters, or deviation from the recommended application and installation.

G) For defects caused by household pests such as lizards, rats, cockroaches, etc.

H) For defects caused by chemical reactions, excessive heat, dust, or corrosive surroundings.

I) For components (including accessories) that require replacement due to normal wear and tear in ordinary use.

J) For external parts, including but not limited to the cabinet, knobs, hoses, and joints, against damage, scratches, and aging.

6. The warranty will be void if the product is operated without Electrolux genuine or Electrolux recommended parts.
7. Unless otherwise indicated in writing by Electrolux or in a specific agreement with Electrolux, a one (1) year warranty shall be applicable for any product used for commercial purposes, such as in laundromats, offices, hotels/hostels, healthcare centers, or restaurants.
8. Electrolux's liability under this warranty is limited to only repairing and/or replacing defective products. The warranty does not cover any losses and damages caused directly or indirectly by the products.
9. Electrolux reserves the right to impose additional charges or may refuse to attend to any products installed in locations that are inaccessible and/or hazardous to its service agents.
10. Diagnostic tests on the product may be conducted by Electrolux to ascertain the cause or reason for the failure/defect. Electrolux's decision on all claims, including but not limited to the presence of a defect in the Product, the cause of failure/defect, the validity of the warranty, and the appropriate remedy to be provided, shall be conclusive. Products with a valid warranty will continue to be warranted for the remainder of its warranty period, or for a period of ninety (90) days from the completion of repair or replacement, whichever is longer.
11. If the products or parts in the product require repair, Electrolux may, at its sole option and discretion, repair, replace, or exchange them with equivalent new or refurbished products or parts. Electrolux will retain the replaced parts or exchanged products during service as its property, and the replacement parts or products will become your property. Repaired, replaced, or exchanged parts or products will continue to be under warranty for the remaining Product warranty period but for a period of not less than ninety (90) days.
12. Electrolux's decision on all questions pertaining to complaints resulting from defects, either workmanship or material, shall be conclusive.
13. No person, including dealers or company representatives, is authorized to change, modify, or extend the terms of these warranties in any manner.
14. The purchasers shall have no claim under this warranty in respect of personal injury, damage to property, or consequential damage.
15. Electrolux reserves the right to reject the warranty claim for non-observance of clauses 3, 5, 6, and 7.
16. Electrolux reserves the right to either replace the defective products and/or parts with new ones or repair the defective products or parts at its discretion.
Electrolux Authorized Service Center determines the repair or replacement of defective products after checking the faulty products.
However, Electrolux Service Center shall always attempt to repair defective products before replacing them with new products.

17. Defects that are validated by the authorized Electrolux Service Center may qualify for returns and exchanges within a 14-day period from the date of purchase.
18. All Small domestic appliances, including, water dispensers, water purifiers, and vacuum cleaners, can only be repaired at authorized Electrolux service centers. Consumers need to visit the Electrolux service network for in-warranty repair services.
